Return Policy

 
Thank you for shopping on website: www.herday.vn. In order to ensure the interests of customers, and provide the most comfortable shopping experience, we would like to send you the product return policy as follows:
 
1. Conditions for accepting exchange:
 
  • Customers request to return the goods within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
  • Products with technical defects due to the manufacturer (contact Herday’s customer service staff to confirm).
  • The product is shipped with the wrong type and size that the customer ordered.
  • Products are wrongly delivered, missing accessories, missing goods.
  • The product is damaged during transportation to the customer.
  • The product has not been used, has full accessories, is not dirty, broken, damaged, scratched, dented, has a strange smell, is wet.
 
2. Cases of non-acceptance of return and exchange include:
 
  • Customers send requests after 7 days from the date of receipt of goods.
  • Products without intact packaging have signs of fake goods, imitation goods, poor quality goods, unclear origin (erased, product serial number information …).
  • The product is dirty, broken, damaged, scratched, dented, has a strange smell, wet with water.
  • Gifts for promotional products when buying during the promotion period (if any)

We encourage customers to check the external condition of the product before paying (in the case of COD shipping) to ensure that the goods are delivered in the correct type, quantity, color according to the order and the condition of the customer. The outer product shell is not affected (broken, scratched, missing product seal, scratched seal and product stamp, deleted serial number information).
 
Encourage customers to take a video when opening the goods, as a basis for checking and confirming the exchange more conveniently.
In case the customer discovers that the goods are broken, wrong or missing when checking the goods, please refuse to receive the goods and/or immediately notify the Customer Care department within 24 hours. for us to assist with the next steps such as exchange or send the missing product to the customer.
 
The exchange process is done within 05-07 working days (except Saturday-Sunday and public holidays) from the date we receive all information and documents from the customer.
 
 
3. Exchange instructions:
 
Within 7 days from the date of receipt and after carefully checking the product, if the product meets the conditions to be accepted for exchange, the customer should contact the hotline: 0763.257.898 or Herday’s Fanpage. to submit a request, stating the status encountered.
 
The customer service department will guide you to send pictures of product status, videos when opening the goods as a basis for comparison with related departments.
 
Within 24 hours after Herday’s response, if the request is accepted, the customer will pack the product with the purchase invoice, accessories, accompanying gifts (if any) and send it to us at the address. only :

Customers please send the product by post and are responsible for the intact state of the product when sent to Herday. After receiving the product you sent, Herday will respond and update information on each processing stage to you via text message.
 
After receiving the product back and checking the status with your request, we will confirm and send feedback on each processing stage to the customer via text/call.
 
* Note :
 
  • The returned goods must have a value greater than or equal to the product to be exchanged. In case the wrong product is shipped, Herday will return the item free of charge.
  • Each product can only be exchanged once.
  • Customers pack the products carefully to limit the situation of broken products during transportation.
This exchange policy is subject to change without notice due to commodity standards. Therefore, please regularly update information at Herday’s website.
