01 | Insertion

  • Wash your hands with soap and water.
  • Towel dry the cup
  • “Shell fold” Fold cup by placing index finger on the rim and pushing it down into the center of the cup.
    ” Heart fold” Press sides of the cup together and fold in half to form a tight “U” shape
  • Twist while you insert. release one inside. Make sure cup has open up and does not feel loose.
  • Wash your hands with soap and water.

02 | Removal

  • Wash your hands with soap and water
  • Squeeze pelvic floor muscles to push the cup to the opening of your Vania
  • Hold bottom and squeeze to release suction slowly to release
  • Dum out, wash the cup and your hands with soap and water
  • Towel dry the cup
