01 | Delivery method

Herday has a nationwide delivery service, applicable to customers who buy products on the website, Facebook fanpage, by phone, and customers who buy directly at the store.

Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer through an intermediary shipping company or directly by Herday.

02 | Packing

With the desire to send our customers the best product experience, we always focus on perfect packaging and product quality.

Each Herday Menstrual Cup set includes:

  • 1 Herday menstrual cup imported from the US.
  • 1 storage cloth bag.
  • 1 sheet of user manual.

03 | Order processing time

  • For orders placed via HOTLINE 0763 257 898 and Facebook Fanpage will be counted from the time of receiving the customer’s order. For orders placed via website www.herday.vn.
  • Herday Customer Service staff will contact you to confirm your order. Orders are processed within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
  • If we cannot contact you after contacting us more than 3 times in 48 hours or do not receive any response from you, your order will no longer be valid

04| Delivery time

From 2 to 5 days after placing the order (except Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays, New Year )

05 | Note

  • To check the information or status of your order, please message Inbox to Facebook Fanpage or call Hotline 0763.257.898, provide your name and phone number to be checked.
  • Your order will be delivered up to 3 times. In case the first delivery is not successful, a staff member will contact you to arrange the 2nd and 3rd delivery schedule with you.
  • In the event that we cannot get back to you or do not receive any response from you, the order will no longer be valid. When the goods are delivered to you, please sign the confirmation with the delivery staff and check the exact quantity and type of goods delivered with the order.
  • Please keep the shipping receipt and purchase invoice for checking. When there is any complaint, we will base on the shipping receipt and purchase invoice to resolve the complaint for you.

06 | Delivery charges

  • Herday supports free shipping nationwide with orders from 500,000 VND.
  • For international orders, please contact customer service via website herday.vn or HOTLINE 0763 257 898 or Facebook fanpage for assistance on transaction and shipping methods.
